Very Clean, RARE Lens. No fungus or marks. Clean blades, Lens glass was just CLA’d

The lens produced good images on a digital Leica M camera.

The  35/2 Summicron presented at the Photokina in 1958  was the first wide-angle lens with such aperture to be produced by Leitz .

This first version of the Summicron 35mm f2 was produced almost entirely in Canada with only a small number that came out of the Wetzlar factory in Germany

This lens was made in Canada. Nice Near Mint condition. glass is perfect   sold with: Leica Metal silver front cap , Leica E39 silver filter,  Leica Metal hood IROOA , Leica rear cap, Leica Yel and BL filters
